If for any reason the client is not satisfied with an order, the items can be returned within 30 days of the order’s delivery date. The shipping costs of your return are at your charge, and you will be charged when we process the refund. If you are returning products from a country outside the CE area eventual Custom Duties will also be at your charge.

Items must be returned in the original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached. In case the returned item does not comply with Il Cappottino’s return policy and/or it is not in a condition that does not allow resale, we reserve the right to refuse the customer’s return request by giving appropriate notice. Following this communication, the consumer can regain, at his own expense, the products in the state in which they were returned.
Refunds will be made once the return arrives at our warehouse, the products will be verified in accordance with the Return Policy and therefore the return will be accepted. For orders placed by bank transfer and Paypal, the amount will be refunded to the original account.
Once the product has been accepted for a return, the shipping costs relating to a return will normally be paid by the client unless the product is assessed as having a major failure. In this case, we will be responsible for any shipping costs and you will be advised how to return the product at no cost to you.
